This policy describes the terms and conditions for all fulfillment and shipping within our shop(s) owned and operated by This Mama Prays. Please read over this policy carefully before making a purchase as it is legally binding and your purchase acts as your consent to follow these terms and conditions.
General Fulfillment Information
All products purchased through This Mama Prays are printed to order (meaning we create the product just for you) and fulfilled/created by a third-party POD company. We currently use Printed Mint for all products. When listing fulfillment times or terms – we are listing the current dates and times given to us directly from PM for the purpose of keeping you informed.
We have no control over fulfillment times, however we will do our best to keep you updated on any changes as they become available to us.
Typical Fulfillment Times
Typical fulfillment time(s) of our product(s) is 2-4 business days. Keep in mind, this timeframe may be affected by holidays or other events.
Large orders may take longer to fulfill, please consider this when making a large order.
Express fulfillment is available, but is still limited to 2 days. We can not guarantee a product can be fulfilled in less than 2 days.
General Shipping Information
All product(s) purchased through This Mama Prays are shipped via our POD supplier. We have no hand in how a product is shipped, however we do our best to keep you updated on services offered including (but not limited to) companies used for delivering purposes.
Our POD supplier currently uses USPS, UPS, and FEDex to ship products. The carrier in which will deliver your product(s) depends on the order size and/or product purchased.
Our current shipping rate is a flat rate of $5 per order.
Occasionally we may offer sales or promotions for FREE SHIPPING. In this case the $5 flat rate will not be charged for shipment of any orders.
Loss and Damages
We are not responsible for loss or damage(s) done during shipment. We will do everything we can to help may an issue arise during shipment, however the initial dispute of claim needs to be filed with the carrier in which your item(s) were shipped. This information will be available to you when you receive your shipping detail email.
Refunds and Exchanges
Do to the nature of some of our products we do not offer refunds on all purchases. This includes (but is not limited to) any digital product you may purchase.
We also hold the right to refuse an exchange for items such as:
- Intimate garments (bras, underwear, etc.)
- Hats (other products worn on your head)
Purchases of said items can be refunded under our discretion, but no exchange will be permissible. In the event that one of the mentioned items ships broken or destroyed, we will send out a new item (with valid proof provided by you), but we ask that you keep the original product and discard of it on your own.
Exchange Shipping Payments
You are responsible for ALL shipping payments for refunds or exchanges, unless otherwise stated by an authorized representative of This Mama Prays in writing.
Guidelines and Requirements
We have the right to deny a refund or exchange for any reason. This being said, we will do our best to meet the needs of each customer (including you).
If damage to an item is directly our fault (and this can be proven) we will refund/exchange your product and pay all fees (including shipping) for said product return/refund.
Any damage done or errors made in sizing, coloring, etc. may not be refunded or exchanged. We hold the right to deny a refund/exchange based on incorrect information provided by you.
We are not responsible for items shipped to wrong addresses when the address provided was given by YOU the customer. You have 24 hours after your initial purchase to contact us about your information. Once you receive shipping details via email, the address provided cannot be changed. At this point, you are responsible for ensuring all measures to receive your package.
All refund or exchange enquiries MUST contain the following:
- Customers NAME (as listed on the order)
- Invoice/Receipt number
- Item to be exchanged (brand, item name, size, color)
- Reason for exchange/refund
- Pictures of proof of reason (claim)
Any enquiries in which a claim is made of damage to a product MUST be accompanied by images. We cannot and will not exchange or refund an item without proof of claimed damages.
The burden of proof is on YOU and you are solely responsible for providing any and all information needed to ensure your exchange or refund.
When filling out a form for a product refund or exchange, you agree that ALL information provided is accurate and correct to the best of your knowledge.
